Where a project includes specialty pool systems or regulated gas, electrical, or plumbing work, we coordinate appropriately qualified trades rather than presenting that work as our direct in-house scope. We are not marketing weekly pool cleaning, water-chemistry service, emergency leak detection, mould remediation, or new-pool shell construction as standard Sunify services.

Pool renovation focused on the parts you can see and use
A tired pool area is often a combination of smaller failures: cracked waterline tile, loose coping, weathered decking, unsafe steps, or a gate that no longer closes properly. Treating those pieces as one renovation scope can produce a cleaner result than hiring a different contractor for every visible repair.
We start by separating the construction work we can directly scope from any specialty pool-system work. That keeps the quote clear and avoids pretending every pool problem is the same trade.
Pool deck, access, fencing, and safety-gate upgrades
The pool surround has to handle constant moisture, sun, foot traffic, and seasonal movement. We repair and rebuild wood or compatible poolside carpentry, steps, railings, and access areas, and can address safety fences and self-closing gate hardware as part of the same project.
Coordinated specialty work when the project goes beyond construction finishes
Liners, automatic covers, heaters, pumps, automation, electrical feeds, gas piping, leak diagnostics, and structural pool-shell issues can require specialty providers or regulated trades. Specialty pool systems and regulated trades are coordinated with appropriately qualified providers where required.
We are currently marketing renovation and repair of existing residential pools, not new-pool shell construction as a standard service. If a larger backyard project includes a pool component, we can assess the construction scope and identify the specialty trades and permits that would be needed.
Not as a standard Sunify service at this stage. Our pool offering is renovation, repair, carpentry, tile/coping, safety enclosure work, and coordination of related construction scopes.
We can coordinate equipment-area renovation and related project work. Regulated gas and electrical work, and specialty pool-equipment service outside our direct construction scope, is completed by appropriately qualified trades where required.
