Send a description and photos you already have for a free initial estimate. We will confirm which parts of the repair fit our service and what needs checking before work can begin.
Our service is limited to repair work within our team's confirmed scope. We do not provide asbestos surveys, testing or abatement, or hazardous-material removal.
Start with the repair you need
Tell us what has been damaged, where it is in the attic and how you noticed the problem. If your concern involves attic insulation, include that in your message. We will review the request before confirming whether a repair is suitable for our team. This service does not offer full attic-insulation installation, removal or replacement packages.
If the problem also affects the ceiling or interior finish below, include that in your enquiry. Our drywall repair service covers a separate repair scope, and an unresolved moisture source needs to be addressed before affected finishes are repaired.
A free photo estimate is the first step

- The approximate size of the affected area, if known
- Any known leaks, dampness or access restrictions
- Any existing professional assessment relevant to the work
- Your preferred timing
Photos help us prepare an initial estimate. The final scope and price depend on the repair, safe access and material conditions. A site visit or assessment by an appropriately qualified professional may be needed before work is confirmed. Any separate assessment arrangements and costs must be agreed first.
Please do not enter an unsafe attic, move insulation or disturb unfamiliar materials to take photos.
Existing materials must be checked before work
A photograph cannot show whether a material contains asbestos. Required inspections and assessments must be completed before affected work begins. If asbestos or another hazardous material is suspected, work stops until the issue has been assessed and the necessary specialist steps completed.
Sunify does not sample, test, contain or remove asbestos. Work needing asbestos abatement must be handled by an appropriately licensed contractor with certified workers. Other specialist or regulated work is outside this attic-repair service and needs an appropriately qualified provider.
Planning repairs for autumn or winter
If you are planning an attic repair during autumn or winter, send your enquiry before the date you hope to have the work completed. Let us know about other repairs or interior renovations that affect access or scheduling. We will discuss availability once the repair and any work required beforehand are understood.

No. Sunify does not provide asbestos abatement or hazardous-material removal. Those needs must be addressed by an appropriately qualified provider before affected repair work proceeds.
