Most short visits carry a small minimum to cover travel and set-up — we will confirm this in writing before work begins. Bigger lists work out cheaper per fix.
Yes. We carry $2M liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance for your strata.
We typically schedule within a few business days, and same-day or next-day appointments may be available — contact us to check current availability.
Regulated electrical, gas, and plumbing work is completed only through appropriately licensed trades where required — we do not perform this work ourselves outside what is legally permitted without a license. We coordinate licensed trades as part of larger projects, and can refer you directly for standalone regulated work.
