Tile, grout, and caulking repairs are priced by scope — a single cracked tile or a tub re-caulk is quick; regrouting a full shower is more involved. Sealant and grout also need proper cure time before use, so some jobs span more than one short visit. We quote after seeing photos.

Not always. Fresh caulking seals the surface joint and can stop surface water getting behind a tub or counter, but it does not fix a plumbing leak or a failed shower waterproofing membrane. If we suspect the problem is behind the tile, we will say so rather than caulk over it.
We match tile, grout colour, and finish as closely as we can. Exact matches are not always possible on older or discontinued tile — we will tell you upfront, and one of the things we are known for is saving and reusing existing tile where we can rather than replacing it.
Both — from a single grout line or tile up to regrouting and re-sealing a full shower surround. We recommend the smallest fix that will actually last.
If tiles are lifting across an area, the substrate is soft, or water has been getting behind the wall, that usually points to a waterproofing or moisture issue that a surface repair will not solve. We flag that before starting.
