No. We are the repair-and-rebuild stage, not emergency mitigation. Active leaks should be stopped by the appropriate trade, and extraction, structural drying, and any remediation handled by qualified restoration professionals. Once that is done and the area is dry, we repair the interior.
After the source is fixed and the affected materials are confirmed dry (a dry-out reading or report is ideal). We do not paint or close up over damp materials, and we do not judge readiness from appearance alone.
Yes — we handle single-room and single-area reinstatements, not only large projects. Send photos of the affected area and we can scope it.
Ceiling texture, wall finish, paint age, and trim profile all affect matching. We match as closely as the existing surfaces allow and tell you upfront where an exact match is unlikely — sometimes finishing a full wall or ceiling gives the cleanest result.
If mould, or materials that could contain hazardous substances, might be present, that needs assessment by an appropriately qualified professional before any work — we do not test, remediate, or abate these ourselves, and WorkSafeBC coverage is not an asbestos-abatement licence. We resume the repair once the area is cleared.
